A nice place to stay while visiting Leicester. Staff are very professional and polite and it's very clean warm and comfy. We will be staying again when visiting Leicester and would highly recommend staying here.
The rooms were always really clean and for a room costing £65 per night, it has great value! The beds were very comfy and the breakfasts are good too! There are some issues however, the breakfast is at a really early time which is annoying for me as I like to stay in bed late. The location is also somewhat bad as well, because of it being on a conjested road
Three of us stayed in the triple bed room and found it to be clean, quite spacious, and well set out. The room was warm on arrival and had tea and coffee provided along with a kettle. The toilet and shower area was spotless and the shower water was hot and constant. Decor a bit dated but that was not a problem for us. We all slept well in comfortable beds with nice pillows plus spares. Breakfast in a bag because of COVID but it was more than adequate. Host was friendly and informative. £80 in total I consider to be fantastic value for money. First time to stay here but won't be the last.
Fantastic value for money for a short stay! It was perfectly located near the wedding reception we attended, easy to find, very reasonably-priced room, good amenities, clean room and facilities too. We had a shared bathroom option and it worked out fine: good strong, hot shower. Breakfast was a buffet with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, plus cereal and toast. Coffee, tea and juices were also available. Friendly and welcoming staff, it was perfect for our stay!
We stayed in may and just stayed this Saturday 16.8.25.we returned because its perfect price and location, lovely owners and breakfast is lovely thanks so much, will return again in the future many more times.
Excellent service, very good breakfast would stay again. Parking is good as well. Has good hot water and a comfortable bed. Very good pricing.
Small & quite basic but popular, we were given a newly refurbished twin bedded room. It still smelled of fresh paint but I like that. The decor is attractive with new carpet & a spacious shower in the freshly appointed bathroom. All nice & clean & tidy. The duvets are quite thin but there are heavy wool blankets in the wardrobe if needed (& I did). The mattresses are quite firm. View onto garden. The house is warm & breakfast is perfectly acceptable. Come & go as you please. Very handy for the City Centre, walkable or a short bus ride. The family are friendly & obliging. Good value for the money. No doubt we will stay again.
Parking was really convenient, our room was clean with towels & hot drinks provided inside. Also the bathroom was larger than most and we had a breakfast (hot or cold) offered to us in the morning. For what you pay it’s excellent value for money, and staff were welcoming :)
